Your orders are prepared with great care and shipped to you in controlled temperatures. All our products are prepared in hygienic conditions, comply with the halal standard and adhere to UAE Authorities Regulations


MeatShop is committed to 100% customer satisfaction. As our products are perishable in nature, you are requested to check the products and in case, you are unsatisfied with the quality or freshness of the product and if products do not meet your reasonable satisfaction, you can return the product at the time of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds of payment will be done only through the Original Mode of payment.

If your product is defective/damaged or incorrect/incomplete at the time of delivery, we request you to report to our Customer Care team within the first 24 hours of accepting delivery of the order. Exchange (if applicable) of that product will be sent to you on the next delivery to your area.
